Cadence Bank and MIFA offer free finance classes

Cadence Bank and MIFA, the nonprofit social services organization, will present Cadence Community Connection at MIFA, a series of 12 free monthly classes on personal finance.  Starting June 10 and running through May 11, 2016, the sessions, open to the public, will be held the second Wednesday of each month from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at MIFA’s Midtown headquarters at 910 Vance Ave.
 
Led by Cadence Bank representatives, the classes offer a range of informative topics including payday loans, holiday budgeting, savings and retirement, credit recovery, student loans, healthcare expenses, and more.
