“Timing is everything, and right now we are in the process of building up a vibrant community here in the Edge district,” says Bertram Williams of The Dizzy Bird. “You got to have a little room to produce. Here there is an opportunity for people to come and find a place to develop an idea.”

“We need to have a beautiful place, a livable place, a safe place, an enjoyable, fun place to live. The edge is a real place to bind that concept together and make it real,” says Ellen Roberds of Livable Memphis.
