Wharton goes to Washington, sold on new initiative

Memphis Mayor A C Wharton traveled to Washington, D.C., Monday was on hand as President Barack Obama unveiled a new jobs program for Memphis and other cities.

The new initiative will work with 300 employers to train people for local tech jobs.
