Why wear the dress of your dreams only once?

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

On Saturday, April 18, 2015, Memphis, TN will host the first  Wedding Dress Ball™ in the U.S.

This event encourages–as you can guess by its moniker–participants to wear their wedding dresses.

The event website also cites these playful ideas, “A chance to spring for the styles you didn’t dare on your big day: crazy hair, colorful accessories, comfortable shoes”.

In addition to the fancy attire, guests can look forward to “dancing, colorless cocktails, mad lib vow renewals and calligraphy tattoos”.

All while raising funds for the St. Mary’s Soup Kitchen, serving over 90,000+ meals each year to the poor & homeless in Memphis.
