Metal Museum ranked one of nation’s best

The National Ornamental Metal Museum received some high praise from travel giant tripadvisor.

“This was my favourite spot on our Memphis trip. There is a lovely view of the river, and metal sculptures big and small are scattered throughout the grounds,” said a travel reviewer for tripadvisor.

The site goes on to say, “As the country’s only institution “devoted exclusively to the advancement of the art and craft of fine metalwork,” this museum has some fascinating pieces on display. You’ll have the chance to view everything from padlocks and pewter flagons in the permanent collection to more than 20 works spread out across the museum’s 3.5-acre outdoor sculpture garden.”
