Memphis housing market deemed “hot” for 2014
CNN Money anticipates a good year for the Memphis housing market – we are included in their top ten list of major metro areas to see the most sizeable increases in home prices in 2014. The influx of real estate investors and the booming rental market are cited as cause for optimisim.
